This 20 page zine was produced for me by the people at MuseumsQuartier to coincide with the opening of the 10 Days piece. It includes a nice text about my work as well as coverage of what I did while in Vienna last May (including the 10 Days painting and stuff from the streets). I’ve also got a few available that are signed and numbered (out of 100) and include an original ink drawing inside. You can read through it online here.

with original drawing, signed and numbered – 25€
Prices don’t include shipping which will be around 3-5€. To get a copy Email me at ripo.visuals@gmail.com or leave a comment here. l can accept paypal.
The opening for the 10 Days project was last Friday in Vienna. The projections for the day were cold, foggy, and big.
click the above two images to see them clearer… like I said it was foggy.
This was our secret weapon for projecting, built by the Viennese branch of G.R.L.
The projections wouldn’t have been able to happen without Nicholas. Thanks for busting your ass for this, and we’re all glad you didn’t electrocute yourself trying to set it up.
By the end of the night everything was looking like those bars above.
‘10 Days’ is a study of news headlines taken from the BBC News Online between May 6-15th, 2009.
The painting is acrylic paint on two wooden panels, in total measuring 234×170cm.
The painting was created during a residency at the MuseumsQuartier in Vienna, Austria. Since the process behind the painting is really what the piece is about this time lapse video fills in what seeing the painting alone simply can’t.
I’m happy to be able to finally present the video and have the painting installed outdoors at the MuseumQuartier this Friday, Nov. 20th.
To accompany this we’ll be finding some visible places to project the video around the city leading up to the opening. Keep your eyes open.
