I just spent the last week in Tirana, the capital of Albania, painting with The London Police, Morcky Troubles, Swanski, DXTR, and Peachbeach. Tirana was a crazy and raw place with the friendliest and most welcoming people. There was absolutely NO graffiti in the city, it was begging to be painted and we obliged. And the neighbors really did thank us for it. Read the full story and see more photos and videos of the trip here on No New Enemies in part 1, part 2, part 3, part 4, and part 5. Big shout out to the Club 17 Boyz and Thanks to Alexander Malecki for the beautiful photos.

Since no one else’s name was up in Tirana what better Name to start with than Yours. Swanski crowned Your Name with his version of the two-headed eagle from the Albanian Flag.

Picture This, in collaboration with Dxtr. That’s not Dxtr.

A nice size wall where Swanski and I confirmed: Life is Grand.

Not everything was easy painting. I was pretty pissed off after being screamed at by a security guard in the middle of painting “Thank You” in Albanian only 20 meters away from here. This was the first negative interaction I had had while painting in Albania, and it was a bit ironic considering what I was writing. Instead of letting it get to me I decided to Let It Slide, on this sliding metal door.

And finally I have to say goodbye to my good friend (pictured above) who was lost in travel. If anyone finds my sketchbook please take care of him and let me know if you can help reunite us. Hope you have a good life wherever you are now.
